    <Abstract>&lt;p&gt;One of the fundamental concerns of political systems, which is widely emphasized, is the rights of the nation, a concept that, in fact, all countries in the world strive to place at the forefront of their constitutions. In the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as the highest legal document of the country, Chapter Three has been highlighted as a central and fundamental section of the political system, independent of individuals and factions. In general, the rights of the nation expressed in Chapter Three can be examined in three main dimensions: equality, security, and freedom. Considering the importance of this subject, the present article addresses the explanation and analysis of the rights of the nation in the Constitution. Overall, the purpose of this study is to raise awareness among all members of society regarding these rights, their associated obligations, and the guarantees for their enforcement in this context. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the results indicate that all members of society are equal according to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the equality of rights, duties, and the enforcement of these rights is not possible without proper guarantees.&lt;/p&gt;</Abstract>
