<p>This study examines the principles of administrative litigation within the framework of human rights protection, given the importance of these principles in ensuring the legality of administrative action and safeguarding individuals' rights and freedoms. The study focuses on the substantive and procedural principles governing administrative disputes. The substantive principles include the principle of legality and the principle of equality, while the procedural principles include the right of access to justice and the right to defense and confrontation. The research examines these principles in light of constitutional legislation and international human rights standards, highlighting their role in achieving a fair balance between the powers of the administration and the rights of individuals. The study adopts an analytical approach to identify the legal foundations of these principles and assess their effectiveness in protecting human rights during administrative litigation. It concludes that strengthening procedural and substantive safeguards contributes to ensuring administrative justice, preventing arbitrary exercise of public authority, and enhancing respect for human rights.</p>
